Ingredients and Materials:
- 2 cups of dates, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup of almond meal
- 1 cup of raw almonds
- 3 tbsp. of vegan cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp. of organic maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1/4 cup of blackberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup of raspberries, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tbsp. of demerara sugar
- Heavy whipping cream
- Parchment Paper
Directions:
Step 1: Place dates, almond meal, raw almonds, vegan cocoa powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a food processor.
Step 2: Process to well-combined or until the ingredients have a dough-like consistency.
Step 3: Roll into 1-inch balls.
Step 4: Place balls into muffin tin lined with parchment paper.
Step 5: Shape.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 7: While chilling, place all berries into a mixing bowl.
Step 8: Add lemon and sugar and stir thoroughly.
Step 9: Top with homemade cream that has been whipped from heavy whipping cream.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
