Materials:
- 10-inch white cake
- Number icing decorations
- Number candles
- Black gel icing
- Confetti
- Party blowers
Directions:
- Use scissors to remove the bottom of the number candles.
- Place number decorations and number candles clockwise around cake in numerical order, starting with the number 12.
- Add clock hands to center of cake using black icing.
