It’s the most wonderful time of year so let’s get our holiday craft on with these easy-to-make DIY ornaments that lets everyone—even the smallest of tots-join in on the season’s festivities.
DIY Hot Cocoa Ornament:
Materials you’ll need:
- Clear glass hanging ball Christmas ornament
- Hot Cocoa powder
- Sprinkles
- Mini Marshmallows
- Funnel
- Glue Gun
Step 1: Fill your ornament with hot cocoa powder using the funnel, then add your sprinkles, then add your mini marshmallows
Step 2: Glue the top of the ornament and place on your Christmas tree for everyone to see.
DIY Wood Picture Ornament:
Materials you’ll need:
- Wood Slice Ornaments
- Printed picture
- Water-based Glue
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Ribbon
Step 1: Print out a picture you would like on the ornament. Cut around the photo so it will fit.
Step 2: Brush the wood slice ornament with water-based glue, add your photo and then do another coat of water-based glue on top. Let it dry.
Step 3: Tie a ribbon so your ornament can hang.
Step 4: Give it as a present to someone special or put it on your Christmas tree for everyone to see.
DIY Snow Globe Ornament:
Materials you’ll need:
- Clear glass hanging ball Christmas ornament
- Fake snow
- Mini Xmas trees
- Funnel
- Glue Gun
Step 1: Fill your ornament with fake snow using the funnel.
Step 2: Add the Xmas trees.
Step 3: Glue the top of the ornament and place on your Christmas tree for everyone to see.
