Materials:
- Party hat template
- Cardstock
- Pencil or pen (for tracing)
- Scissors
- Stickers
- Foam brush
- Mod podge
- Double-sided tape
- Hole punch
- Elastic string
- Rubber brayer
- Stamps
- Acrylic paint
- Plate
- Hot glue gun
- Mini pom poms
Directions:
Step 1: Trace the party hat template onto a piece of cardstock and cut out using scissors.
Step 2: Apply stickers onto your traced out party hat template.
Step 3: Use a foam brush to apply a thin, even layer of mod podge over the cut-out and let dry.
Step 4: Apply double-sided tape to the piece sticking out and fold over into a hat shape.
Step 5: Punch a hole into either side of the hat, pull a piece of elastic through and tie a knot on either end.
Step 6: Repeat step 1.
Step 7: Use rubber brayer to evenly coat the paint on your stamp.
Step 8: Stamp the template until evenly distributed and let dry.
Step 9: Repeat steps 4-5.
Step 10. Repeat step 1.
Step 11: Use a hot glue gun to glue pom poms onto cardstock. Safety Warning: This craft is intended only for adults. Please use caution when handling a hot glue gun.
Step 12: Repeat steps 4-5.
