Create a cheap and chic table runner by cutting a strip of glitter wrapping paper in half. Keep the flowers classy and simple by sticking with one solid color, like we did with white.

Add glitter to any bag using double-sided tape. Place strips of double-sided tape onto bag, and sprinkle glitter over the tape. For added fun, fill bags with confetti for guests to toss when the clock strikes midnight!
Hang a gold fringe curtain to create a quick and easy photo backdrop, and display photo props on a side table. To stick with our gold and black color scheme, we spray painted and glittered store bought poppers.
