Whether you’re planning a baby shower and need an activity for the party or you’re a new mom who wants to dress up your little one, try making your own baby onesies using iron-on letters and patches. The activity couldn’t be easier and you can customize it however you want. Watch the video below to get the how-to.
Materials:
- Iron-on letters
- Iron
- Baby onesies (for a baby shower activity we recommend getting a pack of 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months, and 9-12 months so the new mom is set for all the developmental stages of her new baby)
- Iron-on patches (**WARNING: Always double check any iron on patches and letters after washing and before putting on baby, making sure they aren’t falling off.)
- T-Shirt for Mom and/or Dad (optional)
Directions:
Step 1: Place iron-on letters and patches on the baby onesie.
Step 2: Place a thin piece of cotton fabric over your iron-on letters.
Step 3: Use iron to adhere letters.
