You don’t have to travel far for it feel like summer vacation. Plan a summer wine festival in your own backyard, then invite your friends over to join in on the fun and festivities. Keep your guests feeling refreshed with a simple yet elegant white wine spritz bar. Setting up the spritz bar is easy. Start by styling your bar cart with a few of your favorite accessories. It doesn’t have to be perfect — just pick out a handful of items that will help get your bar cart party-ready. We laid down a dishtowel to catch any spills and placed a couple vases of fresh flowers on one end. Flowers are an easy way to add a pop of color to any party and, if you shop at your local grocery store, they’re an inexpensive option too.

Once you’ve styled your spritz bar, start adding the drink ingredients. We mixed and matched bowls in different colors and patterns, then filled them with fresh fruits and herbs. Complete your cart by including a bottle of club soda or seltzer, wine (we used Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Sauvignon Blanc) and glasses.
If you want to keep your white wine and water chilled, use the bottom of the bar cart to store an ice bucket stocked with extra bottles. The best part of the bar cart is that you don’t have to play bartender all day — you can leave it set up all evening and guests can serve themselves. Just keep extra fruit, ice and wine on hand so you can restock the bar cart as the evening goes on.
