Need an afternoon pick me up? Get your caffeine fix with this lunchtime coffee bar featuring an assortment of bagels and coffee. Watch the video below to get the how-to, brought to you by Evite in partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts® Bakery Series.
If you’re having friends over for lunch at your place, keep the menu light by serving something grab-and-go. This bagel bar is anything but boring and is sure to be a hit with hungry guests. The best part? Setting up your food bar style allows guests to mix and mingle. Plus, setup is super simple so you won’t have to spend all morning prepping.
Offer an assortment of bagels in different flavors so guests can build their sandwiches to their liking. Round out your bagel bar with some of your favorite filling. We went with sliced turkey, ham, smoked salmon, a variety of different cheeses, capers, fresh herbs and jam for those who want something sweet.
Don’t forget to give guests the option of something to drink. Pair your bagel bar with freshly brewed coffee (we served Dunkin’ Donuts® Blueberry Muffin, Dunkin’ Donuts® Caramel Coffee Cake and Dunkin’ Donuts® Cinnamon Roll flavors). Then, let guests customize their coffee with different kinds of creamers. In addition to milk and half-and-half, offer a non-dairy option like soy or almond milk, especially if you have guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. For those who prefer their coffee on the sweet side, set out bowls with different kinds of sugar. We offered regular and raw sugar, but you can also set out different flavors of syrups.
While the party winds down, offer to-go cups to guests so they can take their coffee with them when they leave.
