Celebrate Hanukkah by making your own menorah, like this one modeled after a dinosaur. Watch the video below to get the how-to.
Materials:
- Gold candle cups
- Plastic dinosaur
- Gold spray paint
- All purpose putty
- Super glue (optional)
Directions:
Step 1: Start by marking eight spots along the dinosaur’s back where the menorah candle holders will be placed.
Step 2: Mold enough putty on the first spot so that it has a flat surface for the candle holder to sit upright.
Step 3: Affix the candle holder in place and repeat for the remaining eight spots. Note: If the putty doesn’t stick, super glue it to the back of the dinosaur.
Step 4: Allow the putty to dry.
Step 4: Spray paint the dinorah gold. Note: Let the dinorah dry completely before lighting the candles.
