A complicated menu is nacho problem with a festive nacho bar. Create a bar with chips and a spread of tasty toppings, including guacamole, feta cheese and mango salsa. It’s perfect for a taco night with friends or a festive Cinco de Mayo fiesta!
Add color and flavor to your bar with a variety of topping and chips (we served sweet potato, multigrain, blue corn, olive and Cantina corn chips from Food Should Taste Good).
Our toppings included shredded chicken, fresh homemade salsa, grated cheese, chopped black olives, mango salsa, guacamole, feta cheese and diced onions. Our favorite pairings: sweet potato chips with mango salsa, and olive chips with feta and black olives. Delicioso!
Put down a tablecloth and a roll of kraft paper to catch any spills and make for easy cleanup. If you like, you could even use a piece of chalk to write the names of each topping on the kraft paper for easy identification. Mix and match spoons for each of the toppings, and present them in bright bowls for a fun touch.
