Erica Domesek from P.S.—I Made This is back with an un-bunny-lievably cute Easter craft for your kids. Easy and fun for kids of all ages (the littler ones might need a helping hand with the final steps), most of the supplies you probably already have at home. Here’s how to make some super snazzy egg and bunny eyewear!
Elements:
P.S.—I Made This downloadable egg eyeglasses + bunny eyes PDF printout (artwork by Steph Stilwell)
Colored pencils, crayons, markers
Construction paper
Glue stick
Scissors
Hole punch
Ribbon
Directions:
- Print out the P.S.—I Made This Easter PDF here.
- Color the glasses templates with crayons, markers and/or colored pencils. Add fun designs and colors… anything goes!
- Use a glue stick to apply glue onto the back of the printed/colored page, and stick onto a piece of construction paper.
- Make sure the printable is stuck onto the construction paper by using hands to smooth and press down.
- Once the papers are together, cut out the glasses. Be sure to cut out the eye holes too!
- Use a hole puncher to punch holes on the sides.
- Thread a piece of ribbon through and tie in a knot to one side.
- Measure the size of the wearer’s head, tie the ribbon and cut to finish off.
- Happy Easter!
